If you haven't heard, the big news around Grace Design is our new pal FELiX- a two channel acoustic preamp / eq / blender / DI stage box for acoustic (or electric) instruments and their owners.
After years of consulting with working musicians, it became clear to us that a niche existed for a preamp that offered true studio quality performance but was designed to be rugged enough for stage use with a form factor that was practical and portable. So we scribbled, designed, worked, collaborated, chatted, refined, fiddled, strummed, thumped, plucked and tweaked, and when we were done, FELiX was born.

TEC Award
We (and by we, I mean the m920 high resolution monitoring system) recently won the elusive Technical Excellence and Creativity Award. This is a peer nominated, public voted award for high achievement in professional audio. While we have been nominated many times for this award over the years, we have never actually won.
The first time we were nominated was in 1997. Then again in 1999. Then in 2000. Then in 2001. And so on...
One time we went to the awards ceremony and met Les Paul, who made us laugh. Another time we went to the ceremony and rode the elevator with Sting, which made us uncomfortable. One time Mike and I were late for the ceremony and couldn't get a cab so we ran from 34th street all the way to Times Square in our cheap suits and wingtips, that made us sweaty and frazzled. This year we (and by we, I mean Eben) decided to not go to the awards ceremony, and as we were hanging out in our hotel with a 6-pack and HBO - somebody called Grace Design to the podium. That made us embarrassed.
So it's been a fun ride, and every nomination a great honor. Slow and steady gets the award, and this time folks, we did it. We'd like to send a huge thanks to the TEC Awards team, the NAMM Foundation, and all of our friends and fans that voted for the m920. We are honored and humbled.

If you want to know how well built something is - have a look at the manufacturer's warranty. We work diligently to design and build audio hardware that will last a very long time, and to prove it, we now proudly offer a 20 year limited warranty on many of the products we make.
The EON 20 year warranty is available on the m101, m102, m501, m502, m103, m201, m801 and all Spacebar products. And yes, this warranty is transferable. All other Grace Design products still come with our standard 5 year transferable warranty, which is still one of the best warranties in the business.
